   We watched it till the second they officially lost. But the TV was off before the first cardinal celebratorily jumped into the air. We haven’t turned it on since. Perhaps you are right, not enough heart. It certainly looked to me as if they’d given up after the 6th inning. It broke my heart.

   I liked what one of the announcers said, “Detroits Pitchers have so much talent but not enough experience.” ie: all the errors. But Verlander can have my number anytime. :)
