Oh the drama! When your teachers are sending friend requests on facebook and writing Leetspeak on your term paper, there's reason to be alarmed. (However, I'm pretty sure elementary teachers invented emoticons.) How many former profs are friends on your facebook? (I admit to two).

...when you're scanning Etsy for fun stuff, to find your illustrations being sold as part of other crafter's wares. I designed the "joy" piece on this card, last year when I worked in scrapbooking product design. I hope someday I can do more of it, because creating things that people love and actually use will always be infinitely more fulfilling than advertising.
